We were born in Suesa, in the place that used to be La Magnolia. We chose this space because it already contained memory and we wanted to give it a new beginning. Primera Vaca (First Cow) was the name given to the first animal bought at the beginning of a journey. Today we take it as a symbol of our own beginning: a project that starts from what is close to us, from the time needed for cooking and the strength of fire.
